1. Ketentuan Penggunaan
Situs little.hanniel.co dikelola oleh Hanniel Kairos Indonesia dengan merek Little Hanniel ("kami"). Dengan menggunakan situs ini atau memesan dari kami, Anda menyetujui syarat ini. Jika tidak setuju, mohon jangan menggunakan situs ini.
2. Perubahan
Kami dapat mengubah syarat, informasi, dan harga di situs ini dari waktu ke waktu. Jika terjadi kesalahan harga, kami berhak menolak pesanan dan mengembalikan pembayaran Anda. Pesanan yang sudah dibayar tetap mengikuti harga saat pembayaran.
3. Hak Cipta
Seluruh isi situs ini, termasuk merek, logo, foto, dan teks, adalah milik Little Hanniel dan dilindungi hukum yang berlaku. Dilarang menyalin atau menggunakannya tanpa izin tertulis dari kami.
4. Akun dan Verifikasi
Untuk membeli atau menerima e-Gift, Anda memverifikasi nomor WhatsApp dengan pesan atau kode sekali pakai. Anda bertanggung jawab atas keakuratan data serta menjaga kerahasiaan pesan atau kode tersebut. Jangan memakai nomor atau identitas orang lain.
5. Produk
Kami berusaha menampilkan produk seakurat mungkin, namun warna dan tampilan dapat sedikit berbeda karena dibuat tangan dan tergantung layar Anda. Semua produk dibuat sesuai pesanan, Senin sampai Sabtu, selama persediaan bahan ada.
6. Harga dan Pembayaran
Semua harga dan transaksi menggunakan Rupiah (IDR). Pembayaran dilakukan melalui metode yang tersedia di situs, seperti QRIS, virtual account, atau transfer bank. Pembayaran online diproses oleh penyedia pembayaran resmi kami. Biaya pengiriman tidak termasuk dalam harga produk.
7. e-Gift
- e-Gift adalah voucher prabayar untuk produk Little Hanniel, dikirim sebagai tautan melalui WhatsApp.
- Setiap pembelian 5 produk mendapat 1 produk gratis, dan penerima memilih rasa saat menukarkan.
- e-Gift berlaku 6 bulan sejak pembayaran. Tanggal berlakunya tertera pada kartu.
- e-Gift terikat pada nomor WhatsApp pertama yang mengklaimnya, dan tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai.
- Penukaran dikonfirmasi melalui WhatsApp, termasuk jadwal dan biaya pengiriman sesuai wilayah di Batam.
8. Pengiriman
Kami mengirim di wilayah Batam, Senin sampai Sabtu, dengan rantai dingin. Biaya pengiriman tergantung wilayah. Tanggung jawab atas produk beralih kepada Anda saat produk diterima. Mohon segera simpan produk sesuai petunjuk kami.
9. Pengembalian
Pengembalian dana dan produk diatur dalam Kebijakan Pengembalian kami.
10. Privasi
Data Anda digunakan sesuai Kebijakan Privasi kami dan tidak dijual kepada pihak lain.
11. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Sepanjang diizinkan hukum, Anda membebaskan kami dari tuntutan yang timbul akibat penyalahgunaan situs ini oleh Anda. Mohon periksa informasi alergen sebelum memesan, dan tanyakan kepada kami jika ragu. Syarat ini tidak mengurangi hak Anda sebagai konsumen menurut hukum.
12. Hukum yang Berlaku
Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.

little.hanniel.co is operated by Hanniel Kairos Indonesia under the Little Hanniel brand ("we"). By using this site or ordering from us, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Changes
We may change these terms and the information and prices on this site from time to time. If a price is wrong, we may refuse the order and refund your payment. Paid orders keep the price at the time of payment.
3. Copyright
All content on this site, including brands, logos, photos and text, belongs to Little Hanniel and is protected by applicable law. Please do not copy or use it without our written permission.
4. Account and Verification
To buy or receive an e-Gift, you verify your WhatsApp number with a one-time message or code. You are responsible for accurate details and for keeping that message or code private. Do not use another person's number or identity.
5. Products
We try to show products accurately, but colours and appearance can differ slightly because they are handmade and depend on your screen. Everything is made to order, Monday to Saturday, subject to ingredient availability.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices and transactions are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You pay using the methods offered on the site, such as QRIS, virtual account or bank transfer. Online payments are processed by our licensed payment provider. Delivery fees are not included in product prices.
7. e-Gifts
- An e-Gift is a prepaid voucher for Little Hanniel products, sent as a link over WhatsApp.
- Every 5 products bought earns 1 free, and the recipient chooses flavours when redeeming.
- An e-Gift is valid for 6 months from payment. The date is shown on the card.
- An e-Gift is tied to the first WhatsApp number that claims it, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Redemptions are confirmed over WhatsApp, including the schedule and the delivery fee for your area of Batam.
8. Delivery
We deliver within Batam, Monday to Saturday, chilled. Delivery fees depend on your area. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are received. Please store them as we advise straight away.
9. Returns
Refunds and returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
10. Privacy
We use your data according to our Privacy Policy and do not sell it.
11. Limits of Liability
As far as the law allows, you release us from claims arising from your misuse of this site. Please check allergen information before ordering and ask us if unsure. These terms do not reduce your legal rights as a consumer.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Indonesia.
